Abstract

On 3rd February 2021 Professor Dr. Iliya Izrailevich Blekhman (born on 29th November 1928 in Kharkov), head of the Laboratory of Vibration Mechanics at the Institute for Problems in Mechanical Engineering of the Russian Academy of Sciences (St.Petersburg, Russia), an internationally highly esteemed outstanding scientist in the field of the theory of nonlinear oscillations, the dynamics of machines and vibration technology.
